Failed delivery attempts.
Unreachable recipient.
Refused deliveries.

Customs holds or clearance delays.
Returned parcels.
Unclaimed or abandoned shipments.
Redelivery requests.

Customers are responsible for cooperating directly with the local shipping carrier and customs authorities when necessary.

Lost, Stolen & Damaged Packages

Delivery Confirmation & Disputes

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier will not qualify for claims based on non-receipt.
