Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect item received.

To qualify for a return:

- Original tags and packaging must remain intact.
- Customers must provide clear unboxing photos/videos and proof of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

- Gift cards or e-vouchers.
- Sale, discounted, promotional, or clearance items.
- Change-of-mind purchases.
- Complaints relating to sizing preference, fit, color tone, fabric texture, or personal preference.
Items returned without original packaging, tags, or in worn/damaged condition may be rejected.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team with supporting photos/videos within the required timeframe.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Product replacement.
- Partial refund.
- Discount code.
- Alternative resolution deemed appropriate by our support team.
We reserve the right to deny claims where damage is determined to result from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method unless otherwise stated.
Processing times may vary depending on payment providers, banks, or financial institutions.
Original shipping fees, customs charges, transaction fees, and non-refundable processing fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is caused by our error or a verified defective product, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring returned parcels are safely packaged and successfully delivered to the designated return address.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or undelivered return parcels.
Final Sale Items
All sale, promotional, markdown, clearance, limited-release, or final sale items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable unless otherwise required under applicable consumer protection laws.
